JUNIOR & SENIOR ARCHITECT

We are an expanding practice specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects for private clients. We have an established portfolio of clients, predominately in Surabaya, to whom we offer individually tailored architectural solutions.

We are urgently seeking for qualified enthusiastic architects to join our team, as Junior / Senior Architects.

This is an opportunity for highly committed and motivated candidates who are keen to work on design led projects, take responsibility for all stages within projects, and work directly with clients, contractors and specialist consultants. We offer a place to learn and the opportunity to become a key part of our growing practice.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Architecture (S1). 
• Candidates must have excellent design skills with an eye for detail and preferably experience in high-end residential projects, but not essential.
• They must be able to follow a design process with accuracy and discipline from initial concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Auto Cad (a must), 3DMax, Vray, Revit, Photoshop, CorelDraw, MS Office and Sketch Up will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Authorities (IMB) submissions regulations and construction documentation skills are essential.
• They must be clear in their communications on all level.
• Minimum Experience :
• Junior architect : 1-3 years, however fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Senior architect : min 3 years of experience.
